Dan Guttenplan is the editor of New England Baseball Journal and host of The Base Path Podcast. Through his relationships with scouts, player representatives and coaches, Dan has become an expert on ranking New England’s baseball prospects.

Prior to Seamans Media, Dan served as the managing editor for A.E. Engine Media Marketing, sports editor of the Newburyport (Mass.) Daily News, and had a stint as New England regional editor for Competitor Magazine. He has also contributed to WEEI.com and ESPN. Dan is a former Division 1 swimmer at the University of New Hampshire.
