Sean Leahy is the Chief Content Officer at Seamans Media, which he joined in January 2022. Before that he was the Managing Editor for NFL at The Athletic and the founding editor of the Boston vertical of The Athletic when the site launched in early 2018.

Sean also spent four years as the Sports Editor of the Boston Herald. With other stints at the Boston Globe and USA Today, Sean has almost two decades of experience in journalism. A native of Dorchester, Mass., he is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and the College of the Holy Cross.
